Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Currently we only ship within Canada and to the USA.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for Lit Box orders to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Ordered Lit Boxes are processed within 2 to 3 business days of arrival in stock.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We ship Lit Boxes from Edmonton, Alberta through Canada Post.

All Lit Prints are shipped through the fulfillment centre closest to you.

Please allow between 7 to 14 business days to receive your order.

Please note that shipping times may be longer when ordering during the holiday season.

Also note that if you are ordering a Lit Box internationally your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lit & Little is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

In the rare event that you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter  for you.


Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Lit & Little only accept returns on damaged or defective products. 

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (and no later than 20 days after delivery) at Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these incidents on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, and provide a replacement, less shipping costs.

Lost Packages

For packages potentially lost in transit, please email us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date has passed at Please provide your order number and tracking number. If we are unable to track down your package we will re-ship your order at no cost to you.
